Submitting a case

1. Please give us a call and we can arrange same day pick up. We will drop off case materials and the RX form.
2. For all electronic files, please send your STL file to info@lunadentallab.ca.
3. For iTero users please call us to arrange implementation of the scanned file.
4. Once case is ready, give us a call and we will arrange pick-up.
5. Once received and analyzed our customer service team will send an email with an estimated ETA.
